WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?

Food trucks provide disposable napkins, utensils and containers (i.e., plates, boats and bowls), typically made of paper and plastic. We bring their own trash can, however it is strongly recommended to supply at least one garbage can and multiple garbage bags, which should scale based on the size of your event.
